The registration at the Hotel Bor HQ is open from 1500h on Saturday, July 4th. Late arrivals can register on Sunday morning, before the first briefing. Don't calculate with this as it is intended as a service for late arrivals, not for lazy slobs
Opening Ceremony, with the noted presence of the ambassadors from Denmark and Finland, from 2000h on Saturday night. We'll invite you to a drink at the bar!
First (obligatory..) briefing at the Hotel Bor at 0830h on Sunday morning, with transport to launch scheduled to leave around 0930. Task briefing from 1100h on launch.
From Monday, expect the transport to leave around 0900 (or even earlier, depending on how long we need to get all to launch).
Task results as soon as we have them every day, with complaints deadline two hours after the posting of the results on the website (logs a time stamp...)
Last task day is Saturday, July 11th. Results and prize giving as soon as at all possible in order to allow pilots travelling to Buzet/Croatia as much leeway as we can.
